Not such file is in my similarly named ...\Adobe FrameMaker10\Documents
folder. The only thing there is a folder called \SGMLErrs

Hmmm ... not sure I know why, but my C:\Program Files
(x86)\Adobe\AdobeFrameMaker11\Documents folder is empty (?)

 

I will have to see if I can find the original disk - may have been a
download instead, but I would expect the documentation to be in there.

Even easier:
Look inside the Documents directory within your FrameMaker installation
directory and you should find UserGuide.pdf.
