As other have stated, FrameMaker and PageMaker have except for the "Maker"
part of their name.

However, I can hear poor ol' PageMaker now... "I'm not dead yet...". <g>
Believe it or not, Adobe still sells it. They try to get you to switch to
InDesign, but it is still available on the store for $500 US.

 Regarding tutorials...

Video: 
TV.Adobe.com (free); You can watch anything from 9 up to get the basics.
Lynda.com (you can get one week free); Lessons are on Frame 10, but basics
are still the same.
