For future reference: The fix from the Adobe KB (TCS3Update.zip) didn't work, but my IT guy found another one somewhere titled "FM10_license_updater.exe" that did work. So that problem is fixed. Now I can open FM 10, but when I do Help>Updates and try to download the FM 10.0.2 update, it errors out every time. This has not been a fun week so far!
