Also .. it would be great if you could locate the various places that
older versions of these (and other?) documents are provided and update
them all (or provide links for all releases?).

shows FM9 in both cases:
FrameMaker 9.0 Structure Application Developer's Guide
FrameMaker 9.0 Structure Application Developer Reference.
Maybe this could be fixed to avoid misunderstandings.
