Thanks. I’ve tried it now too and it works as expected. I just didn’t want to try if others had had a problem. After losing several days’ worth of time trouble-shooting the Frame crash problem, I couldn’t afford any more down time.

Ummm … it works for me. Also, I just looked at the source code for SetPrint (thanks to Ian Hawkins for releasing it to the world!) and see no reason for it to fail in recent FrameMaker versions. As an FYI, you have to have a SetPrint.ini file in the same folder where you have the DLL. Craig, I thought I had tried this when I first installed Frame 12, but just checked it again. The answer is No, using the instructions that come with SetPrint. No console message is written. Selecting File > Print points to the default printer, not Adobe PDF. No errors are displayed either. It appears that SetPrint is completely ignored in Frame 12.
