Perhaps all you have to do is a few more clicks on what Craig suggested. I just
tried this and it worked for me pretty easily.

First, select all the files in the book.

Next, use the View->Zoom->Fit Page in Window - this gets them all to the same
zoom level.

Next, use the View->Zoom->In (or View->Zoom->Out too, I suppose) a few times -
does not take many of these at all - till the displayed file gets to the zoom
level you want (in my case, this is usually 120 or 140%).

Save.

Then, all the files in that book are at the "correct" zoom level for your needs.

Nice try Craig - but no. If you zoom out this way, it seems to simply zoom out
each file 1 level (based on my settings).

I thought you were supposed to be able to set everything to a specific level
all at the same time - which would be very.

Right now I'm working with files that are back from the translators and it's a
pain to have to go to each file and set it to a specific zoom level.

But thanks for trying.

Alison

This is from memory, so bear with me if this is not exactly correct. Select all
the files within the book file, go to View > Zoom and pick the size.

I thought I remembered reading that with Frame 12, it was possible to set the
zoom on all files in a book in one step. If that's true, I can't find the
instructions in the Frame 12 manual.

Did I imagine this or is it possible? And if so, how do you do it?
