Subject: Print a list of variables?

I have book with 30+ files. I need a list of the variables throughout the book.

It doesn't appear that you can generate a list of variables so does anyone know
of a way to print the variable pod? (Other than screencapping it. There are a
few hundred variables so that would be a lot of screencaps.)

This is a one-time thing so a script would be overkill. Thanks.
