Hi Harvey, This is a setting, and can be changed. (What you're receiving now is the MIME version of the digest.)
1. Log in to your account at http://lists.frameusers.com/mailman/listinfo/framers (near the bottom of the page, enter your email address and click the Unsubscribe or Edit Options button. 2.
