When using shared FM files, what you do when you have a cross-reference within a shared file to a chapter that is not shared. The same cross-reference will reference a non-shared file from book A and another non-shared file in book B. Does this present a problem? Can I use conditional text for the cross-reference? Will I get unresolved cross-reference errors?
