I use FrameMaker 7.1 with Acrobat Distiller 7.0 to author, update, and generate
a set of PDF files from the unstructured content.

There is a problem with redundant bookmarks that I cannot overcome. In the
generated PDF file, there are always bookmarks generated other that the ones
that I specify in the "PDF Setup" dialog box of FrameMaker. I applied the
settings from the "Bookmarks" tab to both books and individual book components
(see http://www.planetpdf.com/mainpage.asp?webpageid=1228#bookmarks) - all with
no success. I also tried to apply these settings via the "Print Document - PDF
Setup...", but it did not work either. In each case, I get extra bookmarks
which correspond to the paragraph styles used in the document sources (heading
levels, table captions, etc.).

How can I persuade FrameMaker/Distiller to generate only the bookmarks that I
specify in the corresponding properties?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Bostjan
