The free utilities, DoBatch, from CudSpan, and DZBatcher, from 
Miramo, both can do this. They work on Windows similar to the FM unix 
utility, fmbatch, by opening FM files under program control, and then 
performing operations that you specify. Search for them on Google and 
look at the user guides.

You can also search FM Help for fmbatch, to see what it can do.
