Yep - it's a bug. If you use regular Frame, look to the statusbar at your 
bottom-left for the truth about the current paragraph tag. In structured Frame, 
the statusbar shows the current element - in that case, you just have to trust 
the EDD developer - you don't need the Para name anyway.
