Anybody know an easy and quick way to delete several color definitions from a document at once?
When we paste something from sources such as web pages, pdfs, or other not-to-template docs into our .fm files, a bunch of non-standard color definitions are introduced (sometimes hundreds). These non-standard colors come before our standard colors alphabetically in the color palette list. To select one of our defined colors, we have to scroll for miles to get to ours in the list... annoying and time consuming. It would seem an easy solution to rename our color definitions to fall at the top of the list. But at this point, our template is set in stone, and we have hundreds of files using these color defs. Plus, I want to get rid of the undesired colors, so new writers don't feel tempted to select them... BTW, we're using FM 7.0p576.
