That sounds like a printer driver issue and nothing to do with FrameMaker. Try deleting and reinstalling the printer with a new driver. You can usually locate drivers from Windows Update or the manufacturer's web site. I've had a similar issue with a Konica printer which isn't compatible with Acrobat 7.0
