Oops, just noticed that you are using PDF Writer. That's the problem, right there. PDF Writer is a "quick and dirty" PDF creation tool that does not produce hyperlinks. To get links in your PDF, you must use a method that uses Acrobat Distiller (printing to the "Adobe PDF" printer, printing to a PostScript file and distilling, etc.) and you must use the setting I mentioned in my previous response.

The Frame TOC works just fine, however the moment i make a PDF using Adobe Acrobe 7.0, the links in TOC stop working. Any setting I am missing here....
