Hi Scott: What type of engineers do you mean? Mechanical? Civil? Software? I have worked with a lot of mechanical and civil engineers (when I was in CAD/CAM/CAE). There are specific industry publications, and we have a bunch lying around at the office that I could get you info from. Software engineers read very different publications, in my experience.
