Hi, I have a book with a number of chapters. I have created a TOC, and it looks OK. However, I have now added a new format, and I would like text with this format in the TOC.
Is there any way I can "add" a format to the list of formats that should be in the TOC? In Word, you can afterwards add or delete any number of formats from the table of contents. Any idea would be appreciated. Kind regards Gunnar Carlsson
