Open the reference pages for the LOT and find the page where the list
is configured. Probably just has paraname and pagenum variables on
it... Add a <$paranum> variable in the desired location, save and
update. There are a few flavors of <$paranum> variables, so you have
some formatting choices... The format is the same as you'll see on the
Variables or cross-ref dialogs, but you can't insert them
automatically -- need to type them in.
