CommercialWare has an opening for a senior technical writer to work on various software products, primarily a point-of-sale application and its integrations with related applications. This is a full-time, permanent position. Here's the job summary: As part of the Engineering group at CommercialWare, the Senior Technical Writer will be responsible for publishing documentation for CommercialWare applications. This individual will also be expected to perform quality assurance testing to identify issues and confirm resolution. The ideal candidate must possess the skills outlined below and be able to function in a team-oriented, multi-faceted environment.
