I cannot generate a PDF from a FrameMaker 8.0 book, although I can PDF the individual files with or without bookmarks. I am using Windows Vista, Adobe Acrobat 8.0, Distiller 8.0, and I set the printer to Adobe PDF before saving as PDF. The distiller tries the first file in the book, then chokes. Any suggestions?
