One of the best books for FrameMaker that I have in my collection is: The Masters Series: FrameMaker 6 by Thomas Neuburger. You can order this from Amazon or http://www.twelfthnight.com/. Even though it does not cover 7 or 8 you will get a LOT of use out of this one.
