Here's something that might work: MIF Filter for Adobe InDesign http://www.dtptools.com/product.asp?id=mfid I've never used it, so can't comment. And it has a weird licensing model that charges based on the number of pages you convert. If you're only converting a template, it might be cheap. Mike Wickham
