I use SnagIt and capture fairly high resolution PNGs. They print and
PDF nicely and don't _require_ conversion to use in HTML (through
MIF2GO). However, they can be resized on the fly through MIF2Go -- I
don't know enough about Webworks' capabilities to know if it can do
that too.
