I believe that it does, but again, if you're having this printed professionally and you receive specific instructions from the printer that they want something non-standard, it is usually better to give the printer a clean PDF file and let them do the pagination and imposition. That's part of their job; what you or your client is paying them to do.
That being said, an accordion fold card would use standard FM set up of sequential pages. Page 1 is the cover and as you open the accordion, 2,3,4, and 5 follow. Flip it over and 6,7,8,9, and 10 follow. So there isn't any unusual imposition required.
