Good morning. My new employer has reported a problem with losing cross-references when saving from FrameMaker 8 to FrameMaker 7. The reason for the downsaving is that some employees have FM 8 and some have FM 7. Has any FrameUser here experienced such a phenomenon? Any ideas on how to avoid it? I researched the knowledgebase available from Adobe.com yesterday and found no occurrence of this.
