Yeah, that seems to be Adobe corporate help standard these days. "You can do X. You can do Y. You can even do Z." At least in the FM help, half or more of the time, they _do_ tell you where and how. In the Acrobat help, there are fairly long topics that are nothing more than enumerations of the capabilities and choices available to you, without a hint of how you access them. And unlike FM, Acrobat gets its menus reshuffled for each release. So you get to learn where to do X all over again. (grumble, grumble) Richard Richard G.
