Custom Cell Ruling in Tables

Is there a way to make 'From Table' the default ruling setting? In our 
template, when you pull down Custom Ruling and Shading in the Table menu, the 
default ruling style is 'Cyan'.?I tried deleting that setting, but the default 
then becomes Double.?I can also reset it to a selection while the document is 
open, but when I save and close Frame and reenter, it's back to Cyan.? 
?
I'm in Frame 8 on Windows XP.
