Odds are you have automated master pages set up with content that applies a specific page layout. However, there are conflicting instructions. For example, the page has to elements, <researchlist> and <foo> on the same page. <researchlist> is to apply a layout of <UniqueMasterPage1> and <foo> is applying <UniqueMP2>. Hence, conflict.
Force <researchtag> to appear at the top of a page and it may fix the problem. You can test this by bumping it to the top of a page using Special > Page Break and then follow that up with Format > Page Layout > Apply Master Pages. If the test works then update your template and/or EDD to provide the right support. Bernard Bernard Aschwanden Publishing Smarter www.publishingsmarter.com Write Less.
