Hi Ray, I would not delete the whole tree, just the Linguists folder. Here is the message I got from someone at Adobe:
Hi Rick, It seems that the linguistic folder got corrupted. Pls. delete/rename %Appdata%\Adobe\Linguist folder and then launch FrameMaker.
