I don't think you have anything to worry about -- you can have
multiple FM versions on your system. If I were you, I'd just install
TCS and not touch my current FM install.

The TCS and the FM version that comes with TCS will be installed in an
entirely different path than your stand-alone FM, assuming you take
the default settings.
