Richard,

ePublisher Pro has been able to create ePUB output since the 2010.2 
release.  This is fairly straight-forward to accomplish with FrameMaker 
source documents.  ePublisher handles all ePUB 2.0 packaging 
requirements and offers support for configuring splash page images under 
various readers.

various ePUB readers and demonstrates ePublisher options to address them
