The use of the reference page is there, but in my quick email I implied it rather than specified it.
Yes, you are correct. On the reference page setup a frame with your icon in it. Name it, for example, BookIconFrame. Then go with the rest of the process below, including the part where you create a paragraph tag for BookIcon which references the BookIconFrame. That may help clear it up.
