Clarification to previous posting. Has anyone experienced a problem with bullets disappearing from a PDF? They are all visible in FrameMaker, but disappear when the PDF is generated. It does not occur with all users and only occurs with large documents.

We are not seeing the problem with all documents and it does not occur on every machine with FrameMaker installed. We already verified that the Zapf Dingbats font is installed on the user's machine. This problem is only occurring with bullets. We are printing using the Adobe printer, generating the ps file and then creating the PDF using distiller.
