What?s wrong with the native Ghostscript batch utilities. GS have output
devices for what you want, and likely also a .cmd or .bat file as well.

Minor quibble (or not so minor for Irfan ?kiljan, the creator of the tool)
is that IrfanView is free only for personal or non-commercial use. For
commercial use there is a very reasonable license fee.

You may want to try IrfanView for this.  It's free.  Worst Help system in
the world, but you won't need it.
