There is scripting functionality in Acrobat X that allows this. Check out the docs that came with your software. You can also find out how to do such scripting in:
How to do everything. Adobe Acrobat X by Doug Sahlin (available at my local library) It all done in the Action Wizard section of the Tools tab on the top right side of the Acrobat X interface. Such actions can be done on open files, folders or a selection of files. A number of prefab actions are there, but you can modify them or make your own. Fiddling around in there for a couple of minutes should get you a usable script. I am using FrameMaker 10 and Adobe Acrobat Pro X. When I publish my documentation, I would like people to review the PDFs by putting comments in acrobat reader. To do this, I have to go into each PDF and select File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Commenting and Measuring. Is there any way to turn this into a batch process that will automatically convert all the PDFs in a single folder?
