I'm putting together a "se-Instead" glossary of terms to make our customent facing support content more accessible. We use the term landline phone differenciate from mobile phone and I don't like "landline". My target is 6th grade understanding. Anyone have any suggestions for inplace of landline? -- John Posada http://jposada.zenfolio.com/ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Create and publish documentation through multiple channels with Doc-To-Help.
