Pat, Since I am finding limitations with FrameMaker's Compare Documents, I, too, am looking for a good PDF compare application.
I need one that will show text differences in one combined document, and will also show changes made to tables. Frame's Compare Documents does a great job of showing text changes, but it will not indicate changes within a table if the formating has changed (rows added, columns added, etc.).
