Thank you all. I took a look at page 9 this morning since the hiccup is on that 
page. There is a photo on that page. I removed that photo and tried to create a 
PDF again. This time, I was able to create a PDF without any problems. It was 
the photo that was causing the problem. You guys are wonderful!

Cannot create a PDF (ps -> distill) from a chapter in my book. All other 
chapters are OK except one. Below are the error messages. What do they mean? 
How do I fix this problem. Thanks.
