Hi Dick, In structured FrameMaker's interface, there is no direct connection between the attribute values on an anchored frame and the anchored frame's properties. Ideally, you should be able to change the align attribute value, and have the anchored frame's alignment property change, but it doesn't work that way.
However, it is possible to do this with FrameScript or the FDK. Please send me a sample document offlist and I will let you know what is possible.
