FM10 Para Designer shortcuts

Anyone know keyboard shortcuts that will home-in on particular tabs in 
the FrameMaker 10 Paragraph Designer?
(I'm trying to setup macros to access particular fields, and FM10 isn't 
as cooperative as FM7.)
