I'll second Karen's recommendation about saving the document to MIF. I had 
this problem a few years ago, after installing ixGen. Somewhow, I ended up 
with some fonts in place of Times New Roman and it took me a while to 
figure out what was going on. I think my fonts were inside a text box on a 
reference page. I'd probably never have found it without searching the MIF 
file.
