Esteemed colleagues, I am using Frame 10 (10. 0.1.402) with Windows 7. I have a manual with a TOC. In Frame, when I view the TOC document, the Index title does not appear. It does appear on the Contents page in the PDF of the book and in the bookmarks.
I have two books that are doing this and two that are not. Does anyone have any idea what the heck is going on.
