Hi Matt,

Oddly, your email didn't get to me, and it doesn't seem to be in my
spam filter, either. Maybe it's taking the the long way around.

I have no website of my own. Jeremy and Shlomo, out of pure kindness
of heart, host the list for me so I don't have to handle emails asking
for it. Anyone who wants to host it on their web site is also welcome
to do so; all I ask is that no changes are made to content or name.
