Run the application from C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Help\ and go back into the Preferences page and select Community Help again. Next time Help starts up within FM, it will open using the AIR Help app.

Now when I try to access the help I get this error message in my browser: "No webpage was found for the web address: file:///C:/Users/rlauriston/AppData/Roaming/chc.4875E02D9FB21EE389F73B8D1702B320485DF8CE.1/Local%20Store/Help/en_US/FrameMaker/10.0/Using/WSc1f2aa87c26d57661e63e3d11d3ff5863d-8000.html" That page does not exist. The only file in that directory is helpmap.txt (which does have an entry for that page). I deleted maker.ini but that didn't reset help to the default. _______________________________________________ You are currently subscribed to framers as jeff.coatsworth at jonassoftware.com.
