Win 7 FM 10 (as part of TCS 3.5)
I'm using the TOC breaker plug-in for a couple of books and am in the process of setting up a new computer with FM 10 (and I'm not having fun). I downloaded the plug-in version for FM 9 (don't see a version for FM 10) and copied the .dll file to the right place for FM 10, but it does not work. I don't see the additional menu items I should see. Has anyone gotten this work with FM 10? Any alternative plug-ins that do the same thing?
