I'm using Framemaker for the first time, and struggling. I'm very familiar with InDesign, and the differences between ID and FM are counter-intuitive.
I've got FM10, and am struggling to output a PDF that the printer we're using is happy with. The book is supposed to have only two colors: Black, and Pantone 186. I've checked the color definitions, and black is defined as 100% black, with my C, M, or Y in it. And yet, the printer is insisting that there is CMY all over the document. I can't figure out how to fix this issue. Any suggestions?
