*Apologies in advance for cross-posting to other lists!* Hi all,
We are using TCS3 (FM10, RH9) on Windows XP. We currently author in Frame and have our files linked by reference to RoboHelp to generate our help system. Most everything has been running smoothly until now. We took a separate reporting guide and added it to the user guide as an appendix. That single Frame file is very large (98,589KB/96.28MB) and dwarfs all of our other FM files in size. When we now update the Frame files in RoboHelp, all of the Frame files except for the new appendix FM file pull over and generate just fine. With the new appendix file, all we get is the icon showing that the files are out of sync and no HTML topics produced. Is there a limitation on the size a Frame file can be when linked by reference to a RoboHelp project? This is about the only thing I can think of that is different and I wonder if this is what is causing issues. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can offer! Chris Christopher M.
