BookVars file location?

Maybe I am just brain-dead late on a Friday afternoon, but...
I just installed Pubs-Tools BookVars and I cannot seem to generate a 
bookvars.ini file, or else I don't know where it is and I cannot find it. I 
guess I will have to uninstall and reinstall it, unless someone can offer a tip 
to a tired colleague?
