I get that too, but when I hold my pointer just underneath the white rectangle the buttons appear. I also have Windows 7 64 bit. It would be nice if they would fix this, but I've been able to work with it. And since Adobe has decided to charge $400 for just a single version upgrade, I may never upgrade.
