You've already found tools on http://siliconprairiesoftware.com. A couple of other good sites for plugins are http://frameexpert.com and http://leximation.com. You can find IXgen at http://fsatools.com, but it's more pricey. And, if you don't have it already, the free SetPrint utility from http://sundorne.com/FrameMaker/framemaker.htm should be considered a necessity.
